OUR COMPANY: Odds and Ends has been in business since 2003. We are a retail business of general merchandise. Our products range from household goods to small scale tools. Our mission is to provide our customers with quality products at reasonable prices and to deliver those products in a timely matter. "Let us sweat the small stuff".

Local delivery is free with a $25 minimum order.

OUR HOURS: Odds and Ends was developed for customers who work non-traditional hours. Our business hours reflect that. Monday through Friday: 6am-7pm Saturday and Sunday: 6am-12pm With our online order processing and open fax line, you can place an order 24 hours a day.

OUR TERMS: Companies or indiviuals with an approved open account can use purchase orders, with payment due upon receipt. Customers with an established purchase record may be eligible for a credit account. Please contact customer service for details.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Purchase orders,mastercard, visa or preapproved COD.

RETURN POLICY: If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product(with exceptions of some personal items), you may return it within 15 days at 100% money back guarantee or exchange, however if we feel the return is unreasonable, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.

Locally, we will arrange pick up for any returns. Personal items, such as underwear and caps cannot be returned.
